Behind The Scenes: Candice Swanepoel Getting Ready For The Met Gala

Supermodel Candice Swanepoel attended the 2012 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a Rag & Bone dress. She had just came back from doing a shoot in the Caribbean so her skin is radiant! She ended up carrying a custom-made rag and bone clutch for the evening. The small black evening zip clutch is made from stingray and features a gunmetal mirror lambskin interior. Accessories were kept simple as she wore silver rings by Lorraine Schwartz.

The royal blue crepe silk gown she wore was made of navy silk paneling and was inspired by by Elsa Schiaparelli’s skeleton dress with the back being the focal point. The high-neck gown featured a lace overlay and elegant chiffon godets. Check out some behind the scenes shots of Candice getting ready for the Met Gala...

Candice looked stunning on the red carpet! I had a chance to interview her a few months back about the NEW Victoria Secret Collection, view video here!
