Funkshion Fashion Week Miami Beach took place at The Tent in Collins Park between 21st and 22nd Street on Collins Ave. Funkshion is known for merging the worlds of music and fashion. The three day long event provided an innovative platform for upcoming designers to showcase their swimwear collections to media, celebrities, international buyers, and stylists. Designers included Liliana Montoya, Angelina Petraglia, Masquenada, Sotto Resort, Eco Swim, Julia Veli, Ava, Toxic Sadie, Elle & Ella, Guria, Mandalynn and so much more! I had the opportunity to partner with Miami Rebel TV and interview some wonderful designers and models! I absolutely loved all the different kinds of unique bikinis and monokinis these designers came up! Check out some photos below!
Colombian Designer, Liliana Montoya, showcased Mermaids by Montaya collection inspired by the ocean featuring multi-color bikinis that represent the fishes, scales, corals, algae, and the landscape.
Angelina Petraglia debuted Wet Couture Swimwear 3rd Collection "The Nationality Collection" featuring different flags from all the countries around the world.
Masquenada line of Italian bikini and swimwear offers some of the most elegant pieces of bathing suits.
