Outfit of the Day: Cut, Fit and Flare

What I Wore White cutout dress (Clothes Envy) and black Summer wedges (MadRag).

Summary: My cousin celebrated her Sweet 16 Birthday in the Dominican Republic. It was an all white theme and I knew this was the dress once I laid my little brown eyes on it! The sexy fit and flare dress features cut out detail at waist. I absolutely love the fit and feel of this dress! It is so girly and very Marilyn Monroe-ish, well a modern version.
