Why Success Is Always The Best Revenge

They do say success is the sweetest revenge and I would like to share a little story with you to prove my point. A few months ago I was looking to trade in my 2011 Hyundai for a newer, bigger and more luxurious car, such as the Jeep Wrangler that I have been wishing for the past year now. However, the car salesman thought otherwise and stated with a rude attitude that my current car was very cheap, that I couldn't afford my dream car, and that I should be very realistic and settle for the car of his choice.

Besides the fact that he might have been right and that my dream car might be out of my range it wasn't necessary for him to insult me and bring me down at his attempt to make a commission. Unfortunately, I left the dealership with no new car but the search didn't stop there. I did my research, checked my savings account and found out that I have a pretty awesome credit score. After going to a new dealership (with nicer salesmen) and a few negotiations I would like to introduce to you 'War Ready' aka my very own Jeep Wrangler.

While the other car dealership was still trying to sell me a car I had no interest in, I gladly sent them a photo of me in my new car that apparently I couldn't afford. He was speechless and this is why I say success is clearly the best revenge. Now that I have my baby, I treat her like the queen she is because I am definitely not trying to fix a broken down car on the road with my cute little heels on.

I actually learned the hard way that your relationship with you car is very important; I've experienced flat tires, overheating, oil leaks, you name it, I've been there. Luckily Walmart has an Auto Care Center that takes care of oil changes while I get to shop for the latest beauty trends. Mind you, I am not very knowledgeable about car engines but the service department did educate me a bit and recommended Quaker State Oil products. Be sure to check out more photos of my latest off-roading car adventures below.

Are you the type to wait for the service light to go on or do you have regular maintenance checkups for your car? Oh and am I the only who names their car? See what others say about Quaker State motor oil here and leave a comment below telling me about the relationship with you car.
