McKinzie Chic Goes Floral for Fall 2013 Collection

I have previously featured McKinzie Chic's "Black Panther" Maxi Mesh Dress on VH1's Basketball Wives Star Draya Michelle. This designer's pieces have also been worn by Fantasia Barrino, Bad Girls Club’s Milyn Jensen, and R&B Divas LA’s Michel’le. Her signature design is known to accentuate the female silhouette but as she dives into Fall she showcases a more sophisticated line. The Floral Chic Fall/Winter 2013 collection features rose patterns with color schemes of red, black, taupe, and off-whites.

What She Wore: Evelyn Lozada in a Custom Black Crochet Jason Sky Catsuit

Ever since Evelyn Lozada dyed her hair dark, her and her daughter, Shaniece Hairston, can pass for twins! On to the fashion, here is the feisty reality TV star wearing a custom piece by Jason Sky. He is the same wardrobe stylist that designed her two piece outfit for the Basketball Wives Reunion Show, see here.

JSky Style created yet another amazing piece in which Ms. Lozada brought to life. The black crochet catsuit features long sleeves, peplum waist, and an open back. Only the ladies with curves (in the right places that is) can pull off this design.

What She Wore: Cassie in Orange Tie-Dye Mint Swim by Draya

Remember the all white party Draya Michele hosted on VH1's Basketball Wives: LA? Well this is the project the reality TV star was working on. After all the hard work she finally launched her own bikini line, Mint Swim. Her first line consists of tie-dye prints in a variety of colors and fun names such as The After Party, The Hangover, The Hotel Lobby and The Show.



R&B Singer Cassie is a supporter of Mint Swim and is looking oh so sexy rocking The Show triangle top Brazilian cut bikini ($55). The bottom features a scrunch butt which helps accentuate the female's booty. Draya's swim line is definitely for the ladies with curves in all the right places.

What She Wore: Rosa Acosta in DeCordon 3D Metallic Fishnet Magenta Dress

Hip Hop Video Vixen, Rosa Acosta is wearing a magenta 3D Metallic Fishnet dress from DeCordon Designs. The $165 mini dress features a 3D Laser cut which is sure to make a grand entrance. This sexy ballerina is already a showstopper but with the illuminating touch and metallic shine of this dress she is on fire!

Fashion Rundown on Basketball Wives LA Season 2 Reunion

Part 1 of Basketball Wives LA Season 2 Reunion Show just aired on VH1 and there was the normal cat fights... well more like arguments... seems like only the Miami season was about that life. Anywhooo on to the good stuff! Of course I have the fashion rundown on the reality TV stars, check details below.


Malaysia Pargo is wearing a a black Badgley Mischka gown from the Resort 2012 Collection. According to Twitter this Basketball Wife styled herself. The dress features a big keyhole revealing her cleavage and a beaded embellishment at the neck and border of the cap sleeves.


Tyree Fifer styled Laura Govan in a Mother of London one of a kind leather jacket, Givenchy leather, cashmere and fur pants with $1,195 Pigalle Spikes Fluorescent Patent Christian Louboutin pumps.


Jackie Christie looks like she is wearing one of her own designer pieces from the Black Collection. She paired the butter soft leather jacket with knee high boots that her BFF Laura disliked.


Gloria Govan, or as she says, the only reason their is an LA spin-off, wore a white cocktail dress with T-Strap embellished heels. Her dress features white draping on the side as she topped it off with some plum lips.


Our little fashionista, Draya Michele is wearing a custom champagne gown designed by Geebin Flores. The one sleeved dress features zig zag string detailing down the center.


Brooke Bailey went for a very elegant look with her red gown by Alexander McQueen. The floor skimming gown was inspired by the Egyptian culture featuring hand beaded gold embroidery at the neckline and wrists.


Bambi went for the mermaid look with her glittery or as she would describe it, shimmer, turquoise gown, hot pink lips, and long blonde locks. The dress features a strapless sweetheart neckline and a thigh high slit.

'Basketball Wives LA' Jackie Christie Fashion Show at NYFW

Jackie Christie from Basketball Wives LA debuted her latest designs at New York Fashion Week. Her fellow cast-mates modeled her unique pieces on an 80 foot runway. Both Draya Michele and Laura Govan call Ms. Christie "tacky" and "coo coo" since her personal fashion is not all that. However, the ladies were a bit surprised to find Jackie's pieces trendy and "un-tacky". What do you think? Would you rock any of these outfits?

What She Wore: Draya Michele in iCandyCouture Dresses

Seems like all I blog about now-a-days is Ms. Draya Michele. Well what can I say, this "Basketball Wife" sure knows how to dress! Draya had previously posted a photo of her on Instagram rocking a pink cut out dress from iCandyCouture. The hot pink $200 Excuse Me Miss dress is sure to make dudes (heck even girls) break neck since the skin is revealed through the cutout holes.



While browsing through the online boutique, I came across the Mermaid Maxi Dress Draya also wore and posted on Instagram. This lil Diva wore the $220 turquoise blue dress just to go to Panera. Well, I am in love with this dress and I would sooooo wear it, but definitely to a special occasion! What about you?

What She Wore: Laura Govan’s White Michael Costello Maxi-Dress & Christian Louboutin Spike Pumps

I recently posted what reality TV Star Draya Michele wore to her Launch Party for Mint Swimwear, and now I have the details on another Basketball Wives Star. Laura Govan was styled by Tyree Fifer in a Ivory Lily Cutout Dress from Michael Costello's 2012 collection paired with Christian Louboutin Asteroid pumps. The $350 white maxi dress has long sleeves, a front thigh slit and an open back. The red bottoms feature a cork platform with metallic blue detailing and a gold spiked cap toe. I am absolutely loving her gown and would definitely rock it!
