Forever 21 has teamed up with up-and-coming designer lines such as Petro Zillia and Rory Beca. Forever 21 keeps fresh new designs in their stores because their customers always want more and different pieces. They do this for their customers and to stay on top of all trends, not necessarily for financial profit. Forever 21 is definitely one of mine.. heck I think all of ours favorite budget store. They just launched an Exclusive Designer yesterday with the price range of this collection being no more than $30 per item. I loved the items and had to share with all of you.. What do you think?
