Here are a few steps to help you ladies get super pouty lips. To get started you are going to need lip balm, lip primer, lip pencil, lipstick and lip gloss.

Step 1: Since most of us leave our lips last when applying makeup, add lip balm in the beginning of the process so there is time to moisten and soften your lips.
Step 2: Once you let the balm set for a little, wipe the excess off your lips so that now you can apply a lip primer. This can be substituted with your regular foundation or powder. This is done to even out the color and texture of your lips as well as having your lipstick color last longer.
Step 3: Using a lip pencil will help define your lip and saves your gloss from running outside of the lines. For the best natural look use a nude or light pink. Begin with your cupids bow using light feather strokes. When outlining your bottom lip you should over-emphasize your natural lip line to draw more attention. Then fill your lips in entirely.
Step 4: Feel free to use the tube or a brush to apply lipstick. Using a matte finished lipstick works best for the natural pink lips look.
Step 5: When applying lip gloss just put it in the center of both bottom and top lips.
Step 6: Use concealer to clean up your lip line and to add more definition.
