Kiss Your Mascara Goodbye, Hello Lash Extensions!

In collaboration with Amazing Lash Studio in Coral Gables Miami I would like to share with you a little beauty secret that all the celebrities are in on. I believe with a good mascara and freshly shaped brows, (or as the rest of society would say, "brows on fleek") you can naturally enhance your beauty without looking too done up. The only problem with that is you will have to wash your face off by the end of the day, and if your lashes are thin like mine, they practically disappear after the mascara has been wiped off. I have always wanted to be one of those girls that get lash extensions on a monthly basis but ya see now, the way my bank account is set up, it just wouldn't be possible. When I got offered a free set of lash extensions to review I was beyond excited to get beautified and even more excited to find out they have a lash membership in which I am still debating if I should join or not.

Amazing Lash Studio has 4 different styles of lashes to choose from: Gorgeous, Natural, Sexy and Cute. Since I have a lot of eyelid space I ended up going with the Gorgeous set in medium length lashes, and it was perfection; not too long or dramatic. They looked so natural, I could have claimed them as my own but I just had to share this beauty secret with you. I have previously done a post on Everything You Want To Know About Eyelash Extensions so today I will be focusing mainly on the pros and cons of lash extensions.

PROS

• You wake up like this.
• Don't need any mascara.
• Feel confident and sexy.
• No need for makeup.
• Less time getting ready in the morning.
• Red carpet ready, all day everyday.
• Makes eyes pop!

CONS

• High maintenance: brush lashes morning and night.
• Have to take extra caution when washing face.
• A bit pricey.
• Thins out natural lashes.

At the end of the day the pros really do outweigh the cons, because even though the lashes are high maintenance it's all to make sure you get your money's worth and allow the lash extensions to last the full 2-3 weeks. As for price, as I mentioned before, Amazing Lash Studio has a membership program in which you can save up to 50% on specialty eyelashes.
